In addition to being a talented architect, Richard is a natural facilitator and team leader. His project team always includes the client, the design team, and later the contractor. Client expectations are always met, and often surpassed, whereas design compromises are rare. That all these are achieved with harmony among the many teams is a reflection of his team leadership. He is quick to shoulder blames, but credits are always shared.
